1. Fixed UTXO address validation issue

When processing the UTXO division, there were defects in some address validation logic. The dev team diagnosed the related code and fixed it. Now UTXO address validation works correctly to ensure ledger data consistency.

2. Added token holdings ranking function for addresses

This week we added a function to rank addresses by their token holdings. This feature enables easily getting an address’s network-wide ranking by token balance, benefiting business system integration and app development.
