1. Bug fix for array type variables

It was discovered that under certain conditions, some positions of array-type variables exhibited abnormal values. Through debugging, the root cause was found to be flaws in the array boundary check logic. The check functions have been optimized to prevent out-of-bounds read/write operations, fixing the issues with abnormal values at some positions.

2. Enhancements to the compiler DApps packaging tool

The existing packaging tool had unfriendly support for syntax and configuration files. The parameter parsing module has been upgraded to recognize more syntactic structures and provide more informative messages. Explicit guidance is now provided when syntax errors or configuration issues occur.
