1. Added system functions to simplify smart contract logic

This week the development team added various system-level functions, including random number generation, address format verification, string manipulation and more. These functions are integrated into the virtual machine and can be directly invoked within smart contracts. This greatly simplifies the implementation logic of contracts, reducing development difficulty, and also optimizes contract execution efficiency.
