1. Fixed abnormal UTXO transfer data issue during block rollback

When chain rollback occurred, some UTXO data failed to be properly updated, resulting in data inconsistency. The dev team located and analyzed this issue, and performed code-level fixes. The defect has now been completely resolved.

2. Filled in missing permissions for some fields in the ecosystem info table

Currently, the permissions control is incomplete for some critical fields in the ecosystem info table. This week, capacity was expanded, and read/write permissions were supplemented, ensuring strict management of the table by all nodes.
