1. General rules:

The competition is open for 2 months and late submissions will result in disqualification. There is no limit to the number of DApps that can be entered, either by individual developers or by teams. Illegal images, wording, and information related to crime, pornography, scams, drugs, and gambling are not allowed in DApps and will result in disqualification. The IBAX team reserves the right to make all final decisions.

2. Scoring rules:

First-round.

• IBAX internal elimination, the first 5 to the next round (selection includes creativity, UI, UX, and completion)

Second-round.

• A. 80% professional rating
• 30% for development completion
• UI 15%
• 20% for UX
• IBAX Team Decision 15%
• B. 20% votes

The official IBAX Twitter feed retweeted the link to the entry and the total number of likes and retweets was used as the scoring criteria.

3. Prizes:
